A security and surveillance provider deployed the AZMO Engine to automate lead handling, installation scheduling, customer communication, and post-install support.
The AZMO Engine was deployed to take ownership of operational execution across the customer lifecycle.
Execution responsibility was transferred from people to the system across:

• Installation scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
• Customer communication before and after installs
• Ongoing support intake and resolution routing
The engine coordinates between sales, field operations, and support automatically - escalating only when judgment or exceptions are required.
